Drape it open over a kurta for the border to fall in a clean vertical line down the front, or wrap it loosely to let the patterned edge peek through at the shoulder. Care

Your Mehr stole is made to be loved for many winters. A little care keeps it soft and beautiful.

Dry clean only. This protects the fabric and any embroidery or embellishment.
Store folded, in a cotton or muslin cloth. Avoid plastic covers, and don't hang it for long periods, as it can stretch.
Keep away from perfume, direct sunlight and damp places.
Wear gently. Avoid rough jewellery, zips or velcro that can snag the threads or sequins.
If it gets a little wet, pat it dry with a soft cloth and let it air-dry flat in shade. Never wring it or use a hairdryer.
Fringe: if a thread loosens, trim it carefully instead of pulling.
