All orders are processed within 2–4 business days of payment confirmation. Orders are not processed or shipped on public holidays or Sundays.

Once your order has been dispatched, you will receive a confirmation with your tracking details.

• Please ensure your shipping address is accurate and complete at the time of ordering. Mehr by N&S is not responsible for delays or failed deliveries due to incorrect addresses.
• In case of a failed delivery attempt, the courier may hold the package for a limited time before returning it to us.
• If your package is returned to us, re-shipping charges will apply.
