Refund policy

🚫 No Returns or Exchanges

All sales at Mehr An Elegant Embrace by N&S are final. We do not accept returns or exchanges once an order has been placed and dispatched. We encourage you to review your order details carefully — including size, colour, and quantity — before completing your purchase.

Orders can only be cancelled or modified before they are dispatched. Once an order has been shipped, it cannot be cancelled or recalled.

If you wish to cancel an order, please contact us immediately after placing it at mehrbyns@gmail.com and we will do our best to accommodate your request if the order has not yet been processed.

While we do not offer returns, we take product quality seriously. If your order arrives damaged, defective, or incorrect, please contact us within 48 hours of delivery with:

• Your order number
• A clear photo of the item and the packaging

We will review your case and, if verified, offer an appropriate resolution such as a replacement or store credit at our discretion.

💳 Refunds

Since all sales are final, refunds are not provided except in cases of damaged or incorrect items as described above. Approved refunds, if any, will be processed as store credit with a validity of 1 year.
